Inclusive Hotel is the brainchild of Best Western hoteliers and was developed with the scientific support of L’abilità Onlus.
Our hotel is taking part in this project: in order to welcome guests in the best possible way, our staff took part in a training course held by experts from L’abilità Onlus. We have selected the ideal rooms, analysed the common areas and prepared a Hotel Guide to be consulted in advance in order to get to know the structure and have indications for a more comfortable use of the rooms.
The Hotel Guide contains all the information needed to prepare a hotel stay for people with autism spectrum disorders.
And again, to simplify and make information more immediately available, inside the rooms you will find information sheets with hotel services and information about our city translated into Augmentative Alternative Communication symbols.
